Ha, I got so tired of these type of emails, I actually responded to one. I first set up a fake email and alias. My goal was to waste as much of the persons time as possible and see how long I could string him along. Not to mention to aggravate the heck outa him!

I had him going for over 3 weeks! I had told him I would meet him at this particular airport in an African city as long as he first arranged a bird hunting expedition because I was an avid collector of rare and exotic birds. I needed him to first tell me if this particular bird was native to the area, I then changed meeting locations and meeting times... many different times, etc, it was great!

His English was very broken and terrible so I used this against him as well, taking his verbage and turning it around to mean different things. He got so very frustrated in dealing with me and my very many, many demands!

Maybe I'm just easily amused

This one has got to be real!!!

He has invoked the "UNITED NATIONS GOVERMENT" (I knew they were their own government), "MICROSOFT INTERNET" (That's right. Al Gore invented it... but Microsoft owns it), and God.

I buy your guts and courage to be more conscious when it come's to case like this, it is normal you get protective over such issue as you never knows how real it is.
