Operating System: Windows 2000 Professional NT
My HP Ominibook XE3 will not start up. Was running XP Pro install and got to restart computer, and has been this way since. Just Black Screen and will not start in any function. Is this a possible hard drive problem or mother board? Any help or recommendations appreciated.
