Can anyone please let me know, how to install SQL on Windows 7 as I want to learn it while practicing it on my computer?

I am very new to SQL and I don't know which program to install to run sql queries.

sorry can't offer any better advice, my only experience with any type of sql database is mysql needed for my mythtv backend.
