Most likely your IE and other software is outdated.

I note you only have SP2 and Belarc showed many missing updates.

You can rectify this by going to Windows Update from START and take all EXPRESS updates. This will include SP3.

Afterwards you might also need to update your Java version:

http://www.java.com/en/download/index.jsp


As to the graphics card I did locate the motherboard that Belarc ID'd and it is an AGP 4x.

Here is a list of AGP 4x cards at Newegg for under $50 USD that will run WOW.
