Hi,
I have been having problems for a while now whereby my computer will completly freeze up.
I have tried just leaving it to see if i will come back to life again on its own and it wont.
So my only option is to turn it off manually, and really don't like doing this as im sure its not good for the OS.

can anyone offer any suggestions. Really hope i dont have a virus.

Thanks

Al.
