i will take a shot at the first one.
they are not errors, your firewall is logging events

IMAPP.EXE is the IncrediMail .exe you have installed on your computer

see intresting link about imapp.exe process:
http://www.answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist_i.htm

turn off the dns cache plugin

OK....I'm going to take a shot at the second one.......
Your on a Laptop and your wireless?

Acs.exe is related Atheros Wireless LAN software
I believe your having a wireless driver problem or a wireless networking card........Not sure if you went into device manager if you would find an error code yellow or red exlamation mark or not but it's worth a look....
Using Device Manager

I googled for Atheros Wireless LAN software......
Atheros Driver for WiFi

hello Shelf Life & Juliet

Thank You so much for the help and advice i will look at the driver as soon as i finnish that post. i went to that site u advised me on Shelf Life and came across possible infection. As my girlfriend's computer was infected with a virus and we share a network it might be possible that lappy is infected to. i dont know if we are allowed to post HJT Logs in this form i read somewhere its not allowed (could be wrong, read so much info on this form since i joined). so ill post a link to the post

http://forums.tomcoyote.org/index.php?showtopic=63087

NB as for my girlfriend's computer i cant do any of the online scans u suggested Shelf Life. even with the wall and av's shut down it just kinda hangs. (earlier post)

Once again thank you for the help and advice.

regards,

wolfy
