i wanted to play and i got a message saying i have the wrong version and asked me if i wanted to update and when i clicked yes i stuck on this box.Tried updation manually but it says i have version 1.00 and can't update to 1.20

Sorry for the really late reply. It could very well be that your firewall is blocking Battlefield Vietnam from connecting. Try changing the settings or disabling your firewall for a second.
