My Explorer.exe keeps restarting. Its VERY annoying. And everytime I start IE I get popups about having malware and viruses. Even when I use Panda Online Scan it doesn't find anything. Here is the Hijackthis log

Nevermind. I just had to delete iifeeExx.dll. I used PEID to see that Internet Explorer had that loaded.
