Good Morning,

I am having trouble with my XP system. I have run Ad-aware and removed the known spyware, AVG has picked up some viruses, but the machine is still having popups, I cannot use Windows Update, etc. When I go into Add/Remove programs, there are some programs that I am not aware of. I see them in the Log File below, but I do not know whether to stop them. There is a tech at Microsoft helping me with the corrupted Windows files, but I need some help with the spyware, viruses, and unknown programs.

PLEASE HELP! No one responded to my first post a few days ago.
