IS THE SWI FORUM UNDER ATTACK EVERYTIME I LOG INTO IT

THE CLOCK TIME IS GOING CRAZY AND THE PAGE KEEPS RELOADING HALF WAY AND DOES NOT LET YOUR SCROLL DOWN
