I keep losing my internet connection, I have followed through the replies to LUCKYDOG1 about his problem, reset the router to factory settings and run a diagnostic at the end of the set up wizard. This is the results:

I just read through the thread of luckydogs, Some modems and routers can be and are configured not to reply to the ping.

I'm not sure if that was your router or modem not repling to the ping, it kind of looked like the modem because it would be the gateway.

Have you tryed pinging past the modem?
We can step you thru that if needed.

What other symptoms are you having, I assume the internet isn't working?
