Eveytime I log on I need to connect to network..??. It always reads 100% signal until I connect and it drops down to 30% or lower until I finally lose the signal a minute later. I can reconnect anytime as much as I want. This only happens at one particular house. Whats up with that?????????

Hi and welcome to the WTT forums

Its difficult to identify the problem with limited information provided, however it would be wise to check for interference at the "problem" house, DECT phones, Microwave equipment etc.
As an experiment try a different router and see if this improves things.
Regards
