Just wanted to give thanks to the extremely knowledgeable and generous member of your team mschroe919. Had some big problems on my machine, and considering how important my computer is to me it was important that I got help getting it solved quickly. He was very quick, courteous and generous with his time and I appreciated everything IMMENSELY.

I havent come across that fellar yet, but i believe LDTate is the best! This dude simply ROCKS. But yes i dont mean to say others suck. They are all superheroes to us and especially our computers that are constantly victimised by hackers and their trojans. i would soooo love to be a part of their team. But too bad i only know basic stuff about computers and nothing too technical sad.gif but anyway, hats off to all you guys. Keep it up thumbup.gif
