Hi Tony,

You can help your friend immensely by following the PCPitstop Tune-up Tips on this machine, just like your own.

Isn't it interesting that his resources are lower than your own, but the game runs "smooth as a nut".

I'd fix that TCP Windows Size and see if it makes the difference!

DaChew is correct to stress the importance of Defragging those drives.
Same applies even more so on your friends machine.

When I work on a machine with a badly fragmented HD, I generally run Defrag in SAFE Mode --- three times in sequence.

Both machines have a "ton" of "unnecessary applications and processes running from StartUp.
You can see which ones by looking at the Windows Results page of the Pit Test.
All the items in Blue/Purple background, can be safely disabled via MSCONFIG.... You'll be glad you did.

Post Pits Tests for both machines, after you've followed the Tune-Up Tips.

Again, don't go fooling around with Drivers (at least not yet)
And again, don't bother with the paid product offers on PCPitstop pages..... Do the work manually.

Best Regards
