Hi
Try re-installing with this driver 98067 Minicam™ Pro (scroll down page to locate). It is also possible the actual hardware itself is at fault and apparently Jasco have a two year warranty for their products. No harm checking the status though as follows: Right click on My Computer >> Properties >> Hardware >> Device Manager >> locate the minicam right click on it and select >> Scan for hardware changes Also try the cam in a different USB port in-case one is not working correctly. |
