Hidayah,
if you want to KILL that running program, press and hold-down the CTRL, ALT & DEL keys at the same time. This will bring up the Windows Task Manager. Under Image Name in the Processes tab, you should be able to select "Moniter.exe", the click the "End Process" button at the bottom. This should allow you to Install 3D Max 9.
