Hi all. hope you're all doing well thumbup.gif

My friends mum passed away 12 months ago, and the emails between them & other people are in a pst file. He backed up the pst file and formatted his PC as he does once a year to keep it running nice and smooth.

When he went to re-attach the Pst into outlook, you dont get an error message but none of the emails show, nor do the folders that were once there.

I ran a program to try and retrieve the emails from the archive, but i've yet to find a good Pst file recovery too. Perhaps someone can recommend a good one.

The file is about 1mb in size still, so i doubt we've lost data/emails here, but it wont show the emails

Many thanks.

Bob
