Hi

I'm seriously considering changing from Windows Vista to Windows 7.

My question is what's the best to buy an upgrade or Full Version & what is the difference between them.

Things to take in to account is the fact I already have Vista pre-installed on my laptop.

The Upgrade is no different from the Full as to data.
