Hi,

I have Windows XP Pro x64.

I've downloaded and installed several versions of WinZip but none of them can unzip WinZip programs. WinZip used to unzip WinZipped programs for me though. It stopped doing it about a week ago. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it but it didn't help. Right now I have WinZip 12.0 installed. The icons are the kind that appear when a computer doesn't recognize the type of file that's in a computer (shown in the attachment) and asks you which program it should use to open it.

Does anyone know what's going on and how I can get WinZip to work again?
