Hello!

Can someone help me. Sitting in Sweden with a very little knowledge of computers and Malware.
My computer has been infected with something. I´ve scanned the computer with AVG Anti-Spyware and I can see I have something in my computer, don´t though know what it is.
I few minutes ago I was totaly logged out from internet on the computer so now I'm sitting with my laptop instead What shall I do? sad.gif
