I am able to boot into safe mode, so I am thinking is this a virus or do I have Aliens invaded the pc saying take me to your leader LOL

Mel Gibson figured out that the aliens were vulnerable to water.
But I do not recommend pouring water on this problem.

This would be a good time to roll back to a healthy Restore Point if you are able.

If not, better get yourself over to Infection Removal.

rofl.gif rofl.gif you kill me, needed a good laugh. But ET went home, A little while ago I was in the process of going to format the machine and the strange part was the machine during the setup process did same thing giving me weird signs and symbols, I went hummm wait a minuet here I never saw a virus do this.

So buy blind chance I took another video card and installed it and booted up into normal mode and ran my scans and alls doing ok.

So I guess the moral of the story is check out hardware, all hardware and never assume.

But Doug thanks for the help you have given me and really do appreciate you assistance. May you have a Blessed day.

Nice work, Jimbo1.

Sorry I didn't suggest that solution in my first reply.
I had just been reading and responding in another thread with a graphics problem.
That Member had already tried substituting a different graphics card.

So when I read your Topic, I had a "senior moment" and forgot that you had not yet tried hardware substitution.
I apologize.

Glad you got your problem resolved.

Nice having you around.
Hope to see you occasionally around the Forums.

Best Regards

First thing No need to apologize, were all human and no one is perfect. Sometimes the simplest solution is right under our nose and we do not see it and this is why we ask others to gain some insite. Tbh I would have never thought a video card would do such a thing. But in any reguards your help was deeply appreciated.

Another thing to all of the Techs, Malaware Teams and fourm Admin's, if you ever think all of your work goes unnotice, your work is in vain and your not doing any good. Believe this, it's not. Everything you do or each person you help makes a big differance and your efforts really helps. I want to say to each and everyone of you Big Thanks and have a good day.

All things are possible to him who believes."
