Not sure of where to ask if anyone has ever seen anything like this?

But I got a dell computer here and I have never saw anything like this before in my life. When booting up a slight blue screen pops up and goes into the safe mode windows selection screen telling me windows did not start up, please choose an option.

This is the strange part in a few sections I have this:

Safe mode with fetwgrkafg

a little down these are showing

last known good configuration gour most recent settings t'tat worked
directory servaces restgre eode (wafdows dgeain controllers only

use the up down arrow keys to egve the lg dig tt9 your cgice

then windows medaa cefrer we apo edatiof

I am able to boot into safe mode, so I am thinking is this a virus or do I have Aliens invaded the pc saying take me to your leader LOL
