I have an online web form as created (mostly) via "Microsoft Frontpage 2003".

Visitor's at my online form need to be able to submit their completed online form to me via email from the internet.
For whatever reason.......Completed forms are not currently being sent to my email address.
Please assist me with step by step instructions in order to fix the problem.
Best Regards.
