DO NOT use any TOOLS such as Combofix, MBAM, SmitfraudFix, Vundofix, or HijackThis fixes without supervision. Doing so could make your pc inoperable and could require a full reinstall of your OS, losing all your programs and data. The Tools we use change almost daily to keep up with new infections. NEVER NEVER NEVER operate your computer with System Restore turned off. Keep this in mind: 1. No two computers are the same 2. No two infections are the same Our "Trained Helpers" go through months of classroom training before they are allowed to help you. They go through extensive training with the tools we use. Please try to be patient. The free help sites are all very busy. DO NOT "bump" your topic. We look for post with 0 replies, so when you post to your own log, we assume you are being helped. |
