Slow boot,slow or no loading of web page, strange search results, odd behavior and if I try to delete a user account it crashes. I have Norton running, run MalWarebytes Anti Malware and others often.

Need help. Intermediate user.

Still having the problem with deleting user accounts. The blue screen states:

"A problem was detected and windows was shut down to prevent damage to your computer."

"Bad_Pool_Header"

My words - Next came info about making sure all software and hardware are installed properly.

"Technical Information"
