Yeah. I noticed that you got rid of Eset and installed AVG. The free version is fine. Just keep it updated thumbup.gif

how about the superantispyware, ad-watch, malwarebytes? can i get rid of them? will they slow down my system? also, which one do you suggest i keep? smile.gif

michelleuy,

Malwarebytes is a great program to run once in awhile (update it each time before running). It won't use any resources when it's not running so it shouldn't slow down your system.

Ad-aware adwatch is a pretty good antisypware program. I keep it on my computer, however, you could just run Malwarebytes weekly or so. Your choice.

The same is basically true of superantispyware. In my opinion it is a more powerful program than Ad-aware. I'm not positive but I believe it uses more resources also.
