No doubt Micah 6:8 will see this.......it was only a matter of time before i needed some more reg help!

ok, i think all these problems were due to me doing some system restores when my PC was in trouble. So yeah, i need to do what i did with the others and remove the game ''Battlefield 1942'' out of the reg, as it is in my add/remove programs, and won't remove that way.

thanks smile.gif

(i'll be on later today, so if you need a HiJack this log and anything else, please let me know smile.gif

Copy and paste the contents of the quote box below into notepad.

Save it as file name: "fixme.reg" (not including the quotes). Save as file type: *All files* and save it on your Desktop.

[HKEY_USERS\S-1-5-18\Software\Microsoft\Windows\ShellNoRoam\MUICache]
"C:\\Program Files\\EA GAMES\\Battlefield 1942\\BF1942.exe"=-

Then, locate fixme.reg on your desktop and <double-click> it.

You will receive a prompt similar to: "Do you wish to merge the information into the registry?".

Answer 'Yes' and wait for a message to appear similar to "Merged Successfully".

Reboot.

Problem solved?
