Hi.

I have had this problem for years now, but only now did I realize that it was due to my staggering 96% packet loss! (According to pingtest.net)

Now, what I experience is a really slow net and many time-outs. I have tried to change my DNS and.... nothing seems to help.

Help would be MUCH appreciated. Thank you.
