Several days ago my media center gave me an error code about my PCM Loader. After re-installing TV Center Pro with a PCTV HD Mini Stick on an XP Media Machine, I still get the error that the PMC Loader failed. The only support from Pinnacle told me to un-install and re-install. I downloaded the latest software. (The USB Stick is only a month old) After doing this 3 times (according to Pinnacle) I still get the error message.

Then I was told to download anad run their Reg Delete. (That sounded scary, but did it anyway!) Same thing.

Then they had me download and run their Recovery Program. It did not recognize the USB Stick in any of 8 ports.

Then I was told to un-install TV Pro Center and Re-install. Did this 3 more times. Same error message and Pinnacle insists that I am not installing the software correctly and told me to go through the same above procedures again. Since I have been working with computers since 1989, I think I have figured out how to install software by now. I have done all the required maintenance today and ran CCleaner, Symantec and Spybot just in case, then Defrag. This machine is a Dell and only 5 months old.

I'm off to PC Pitstop as soon as I post this and am going to download and run HiJack This. wall.gif

ANY help would be greatly appreciated. pullhair.gif

I am having the same problems. Did this happen on your VISTA PC?
I too have tried loading, reloading, deleting and reinstalling. No luck. This product worked for several months for us very well. Not sure what happened.

Any further ideas?
