Operating System: Window VIsta Home Basic
I have bought MS outlook 2007 as a stand alone software, I am running Windows Vista Home Basic, My Outllook 2003 running find but I like some of the other features of 2007, bu twhen I install Oullook 2007, one of the thing that are not working are the Themes and Stationary. Why not?
