Hi. I'm new here, and do NOT know where to go, or what I can do. I will try to keep it short, but it's difficult. I made several indie films, the content was stolen, and linked to many affiliates, and major local, and International video on demand sites. I tracked the main culprits using various tools. One whose name appears and is one of the major ones behind it is a registered sex offender. I had a ton of evidence to show many things, although Federal copyrights, and my trade marked logo, and content is protected the Feds won't help, Civil lawyers want 500 plus expenses, mainly hiring Kroll to help, at fees I can not near afford to attempt to recover my films , and stolen profits. The links that I saved have started to vanish, and evidence is vanishing daily.

The only ones interested want "proof" and I first have to show a pattern before the I.R.S. will go after them, and bring in other federal agencies, and even prosecute. They do NOT care about a small filmmaker , yet these firms know that, and are using this as a way to launder money, transfer code on hidden tracks on the dvd's, transfer child porn world wide, and launder drug money, and that is the start.... Much worse things are being done, much worse. How can I fix the broken, or links that lead to nowhere, protect myself in the future, and help others do the same. Music artists , and others are having this problem too, as well as many more......

Is there a way to "turn back the clock", or anything I can do to show what was there? I have a Mac OS X(Tiger) on a mini. I am very good at using tools to track info, and used to do that for private companies on software made, with the legal permissions to do so. Other then that, I am hardware, and software challenged to say the least. Any advice would be great. Thank you in advance.... So Lost
