Just a thought, as this is out of my area of expertise, though for those with private email accounts and hotmail account,
maybe syncing/linking them together might fix this.

If someone else can elaborate on this if they know what I'm trying to say. blush.gif

I am not 100% sure if this would solve the root of the problem, though it may help messages to get through.

Trying to be of assistance, all ideas welcome, am I right to assume. thumbup.gif

I have linked my private email and my hotmail and never missed a message from WTT

Hi jkc73,

Good thought, but not the answer I don't think. Mine are all linked to my private email software which is Windows Live Mail. From time to time I am affected with the non delivery of email notifications. At the minute all is well....they are coming through fine.

When I do have a problem I change my settings (email notifications) in My Controls to a Care2 account which is unable to be linked and all works fine. When I think the glitch is over (where ever it is) I change back and it works everytime.

Best regards,
