If i am posting this in the wrong part of the forum I apologize in advance and could please tell me where to re-post correctly?

I came across a new tool (new to me) and i'd like some input if it is a good tool to have for my own arsenal and to help others.

CCleaner. It seems to work similar to "Cleanup" where it empties out most all temp files and cookies, but it seems to go a step further in cleaning out even parts of the reg edit. I got it from http://www.ccleaner.com/

If anyone has and experience using this tool or heard anything about it, could you let me know if it is legit in its goodness or if it really just a lame product?
