There are only 2 reasons I can think of that could cause this, first is the players do not like the brand of media your using, some are very fussy, especially in the cheaper models, and the + format disks are the worst of all, - disks are more widely accepted by most hardware.
The second reason is the format your burning it in, and the format your players will accept, all I can suggest here is check the format that you have burnt the media in, and see what formats your player will accept, see if that shows anything, but ultimately if the format is correct for what the player will accept I can only suggest trying a different brand of media, and if your using + format media use - format as it is less likely to cause compatibility issues, hope this helps.
