Iam runing xp.

Iam runing windows xp and the meesage "The application c:\windows\system32\sikasiso.dll is not a valid windows image" keeps poping up right from when xp starts to boot up. It has my pc slowed so bad to the extent that i have disconnected the particular computer from the internet, but even without being connected to the internet, THE MASSAGE STILL POPS. I need serious help?
