hello, im working on a friends computer.

ive delt with quite a few Virus/malware infections but this one takes the cake, it has blocked internet access completely (no problem i Downloaded a few anti mal programs to my flash drive)
but here is the kicker, no matter what i do it stops me from starting any of the programs including Hijack this..... ive restarted in safe mode but i still cant access the programs i double click, right click and do generaly everything i can think of to start the program but nothing, they go to start and get shut off abruptly by the virus.

any advice?
