You guys were wonderful w/ the last time a friend had a problem so I'm hoping y'all can help me this time!

My computer has been running very very slowly lately. Then yesterday I started getting a popup from the bottom right of my computer from 2 X's in red circles. The warning states: "Click here to protect your computer from spyware! Your computer is infected! Windows has detected spyware detection! It is recommended to use special antispyware tools to prevent data loss. Windows will now download and install the most up-to-date antispyware for you."

I know not to click on those bc my boyfriend has told me many times that I seem to attract viruses, spyware, etc like crazy so I'm very paranoid of downloading things and opening things. But I accidently clicked on the popup and it opened a webpage to some kind of anti-software program. Not only that, my background picture has changed to a blue screen that states: "Your system is infected! System has been stopped due to a serious malfunction. Spyware activity has been detected. It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss. Do not use the computer before all spyware removed."

I've ran a couple of programs but they are coming up with zero detections. This is my HiJack log:
