Im running on a Windows XP. I want to change my IP but when I go to command prompt and do ipconfig /release ip config/renew
it just gives me the same IP over and over. Anyone know how I can fix this? |

Your internet provider gives you the ip address that you are using.
This is why you get the same address. You can not decide to give yourself a new address. Are you able to access the internet? |
