Dear friends,

first off, let me thank whomever reads this post, and helps me. I'm so very grateful for the assistance. I have posed my HT log below in hopes that I can remove whatever is ailing my computer. for about the past two months, I've been unable to view video files of any kind on my computer. I get a message that Window Explorer needs to shut down, and then that my video viewer (WMP, Real PLayer, etc) Needs to shut down...no explanation at all. Once, I was able to watch a movie while I minimized the closure warning, but other than the one time, all the videos simply stop in the beginning. Often, just opening a folder with a video file causes Windows Explorer to crash.

I use NIV, and I've downloaded all the updates and scanned for viruses to no avail. Adaware and Spybot both found cookies only. Janeen Here's the log:
