I am trying to install this program in order to transfer pictures from the mobile to the pc but it happens that the cd starts to load and suddenly the pc boots again and so over an over. So i am unable to install the program What could be the error? It is a PIII 128k and it works fine normally.

if your phone is plugged in before you install the software you could have an issue there. you may also want to see if the media is bad. try it out on a friends computer or a spare computer you might have.
