Hi! smile.gif

I have a Compaq Presario V3000 with Intel Core 2 Duo Mobile T5500 1666 Mhz processor.
I was wondering if adding /DEP switch to the boot.ini file would be supported by my laptop?

I am thinking of upgrading my RAM to 4 gb, currently I have one 2 gb stick installed and one vacant.
Also, I've read somewhere (can't remember where though blush.gif) that if I installed one 2 gb stick + one 1 gb stick, the box would run at the speed of the
lower RAM which is 1 gb. Is this true?

Thanks! smile.gif
