This is what I feel like now. The problem is when using MP, I go to burn song or songs I want I get this msg. Please insert a blank disc in cd drive (E) once windows media player detects the new disc, it will automatically start burning.

But that the futher it goes, no responce, nadda that msg windows just stays up. Even the drive does not respond, something has control over it because you cannot do nothing till you hit cancle or click the red x to shut down the msg, once you do that you gain control over the drive again. Tryed rebooting but that does not help, the current vers is MP 11 and the system is win xp. Any Ideas??

Back up the registry as instructed, and then perform the procedure. There is no harm in trying. You can always roll back the changes with a recovery point if you find that any of those products fail to work properly. Which is unlikely.

Matter of fact, if removing those entries in the registry does not fix the problem, roll back anyways just to make sure you don't run into any other problems. Its more of a test to see if it will fix your problem. If it doesn't, roll back, and you'll be back to the way you were before you made your changes.

EDIT: I take it that prayer and laying on of hands did not fix the problem? smile.gif I was serious about that by the way.
