After downloading and installing, when I click on "Finish" to update and launch.....nothing happens. Has anyone got suggestions?

Perhaps you have a corrupted installation so I would uninstall and reinstall any software that shows the issue you mention.

OR

Follow this link thoroughly to the end to have a specialist give you a clearance on Malware.
