A while back I paid for ($33 I think) and d/l'd two add-ins that were supposed to identify duplicated contacts and emails in my MS Outlook. They seem to have disappeared? Any suggestions on where I should be looking? Help?

This is something that maybe you could mention to SpySentinel in your HijackThis™ Logs and Infections Removal post.
SpySentinel may have directed you to use a program that could have removed or disabled part or all of the two add-ins, only after speaking with him will you know.
It is always a good idea to complete your Malware Removal processes until given the "All Clear" by the Malware Team

There are a variety of commercial paid products that accomplish the procedure you describe.
The application you may have purchased and installed, may have been removed from your startup folder and/or portions of it may have been entirely removed from your machine.

More than likely, it was originally installed into C:\Program Files\(Some Program Name)
Have a look there.

You may be able to open the application by double-clicking on the executable file in it's Program Files listing.
Thereafter is may be automatically included into your StartUp folder.
Or there may be an option for your to cause it to run automatically or manually.

You apparently have forgotten the "name" of the application for which you paid $$. That happens.
You might recognize the "name" by doing a google scan "duplicate contacts and emails in outlook"
I see several available for about $30.

It is also the case that you can perform the same function inside of Outlook (for free) using the MS features.

You may need to reinstall the application if it got removed.

You may have saved the executable installation file to your Desktop
or another location of your choosing.
or
There may be a copy of the executable installation file in:
C:Windows\downloaded installations
or
C:\Windows\Downloaded Program Files

Or you may need to download it again from the original source and be sure to get a copy of your activation or license code from them.

Did as suggested, but I only locate files with .ocx extensions?
