Get ready to do some updating folks... The very first thing you need to know is rather or not your motherboard supports USB2 (highspeed USB) AND check in BIOS to see if it is enabled (that one there killed me for about 3 hours). As bad...and i mean BAD..as I hate to say it, your going to have to update to SP2 if you havent done so already. Next, you need to update your chipset drivers. After you have done ALL of that and your rebooting for the last time to a fresh new computer, DONT FORGET to check in BIOS and make sure that your USB support mode is enabled.
