I am installing the free version of the firewall. I'm not quite sure what these options mean:




I'd like some decent protection, but I can't really tell which one would be better. I don't really expect to get attacked by 1337 haxxorz, but who knows... System resources are not really an issue right now, I have a pretty decent comp that can handle some load.


I'm using Windows XP Home 32-bit, with Microsoft Security Essentials antivirus.

System: Q6600 @2.40 GHz, 2GB Ram
