Hi recently i had a situation with my notebook were it didnt boot pass the manufacture screen, and i heard alot of clicking with the hard drive. So today i went and bought a hard drive and win xp home since thats what was previously installed. I installed the new hard drive.

Now my problem is I started to install win xp i formated the drive and got it ready for install everything seems fine right untill the visual part of the install were you see the minutes it takes to install. when it reaches that point the computer shuts down on its own turns off in the middle of the install i have tried to let go several times and it does it at random i would really like to here what might be the situation for this

thank you all for taking the time to hear me out wavey.gif
