Always check with Snopes when you get something like this in an e-mail.

Nothing to get excited about.

Hello,
This question should be answered by a mal-ware expert.
However I can tell you that there have been many scams where computers have been infected with mal-ware from E-mails that say "A friend has sent you a card", "You have an E-card", Etc...
You should not open any E-mails unless you know the sender, If there is something not right about it "Your package has arrived" but you are not expecting a package.
Forwarded E-mails can be risky because the person who sent it to you may be trustworthy, but who sent it first?
Use caution when opening E-mails.
