Hi

I bought a new HP dv9927cl laptop with 4gb RAM. Its very slow that the processer is always showing 100% usage even if it is in IDLE condition and if i try to refresh it it taking about 2-3 min to get that right click screen.....can anyone help me ??

It's new, it should work correctly. Contact HP and make them fix it or replace it. DO NOT mess with it.

Its actually brought from US and now its out of warranty......what should i do ??
There are no hardware issues also......can you please help me out ??

CPU running at 100% may be as a result of malware infection.
Consider running your antivirus and antispyware utilities to get more information and possibly gain a little control over the situation.

Hi Guys....,

I did all the diagnosis but the problem is still appearing, i did diskcleanup,disk defragmentation, hardware checkup, and i started my laptop in safe mode also,all drivers loaded..........there is no problem detected and everything is showing fine.

Please anyone help me ??? what should i do to make my laptop speed....,my laptop is better from the previous as i changed one setting i.e.,
windows task manager-->view-->update speed-->High

will this change effect my laptop ??

but still my laptop is slow

ThanQ very much guys...........my problem is cleared, just i formatted my laptop and its working fine..,i think some driver didnt install properly so there was a problem


I got a new problem:

My laptop is not turning on......when i switched on the laptop i found that it was unable to boot sometimes and if gave a gap of 6 hrs and then again i tried to start it ....it working

Please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!
