I place an icon for it in the Quick Launch area then any time popup messages open behind the TaskBar, I click on the icon and poof, the problem is fixed.

It's a Z-order problem that has been around since day 1 on XP and maybe even back in to W2K, that MS has refused to fix.

This tool is not a permanent fix. It only resolves the problem until the next time it occurs. I see it once or twice a month as a rule.

I install this on every XP system I work on
